For 30 seconds or so, and then I drive off. Usually keep the tach below 2K until it warms up, and man does it take a long time for this engine to come to operating temperature.Does anyone warm their car up before they drive on cold days??
This does make a lot of sense. Perhaps we should let the computers "warm" up in accessory mode.computers take a finite amount of time to boot up and synch up, with 63 computers on board, there could be many permutations of how it boots and synchs up, perhaps moving off and thereby feeding varying inputs to the buss, occasionally screws up the software.
What reason do they have for excluding the replacement of clogged injectors? Hadn't heard of that before. It's not like it was driver negligence that caused it.
Just dropped mine off. Dealer said they may replace all of the injectors again as there's yet another serial number out, like you said. Dealer also said that the previous dealer should have changed the plugs out when they changed the injectors the last time, but since they didn't they'll probably do that as well. Was advised that they're having lots of problems with the V8 engines.
Was advised that they're having lots of problems with the V8 engines. /QUOTE said:When I was looking for cars and my previous SA ran VIN Numbers, he advised that I get the 740 over the 750. He said he loves the 750, but they see a lot of issues with the 750 and the V8. While it's nothing definite, I took his advice and got a CPO 740. I guess it's a crap shoot, because some people may have the 750 and never have any issues with it.
