Hi all!
I am new to all this and the BMW world and so, first and foremost, I just wanted to say hi
I got a used BMW X3 F25 2012 a couple of months ago and it's great. The problem is that the maps are really old and they don't even have some streets around my new place in Italy. I totally got lost a few weeks ago
So, I searched and searched and got to a point where I realised that getting new maps is pretty expensive. However, I also realised that there is a way around this (thanks Bimmerfest!), by getting the FSC code from the car via the ENET cable (got it), the FSC Generator application and the Premium maps off some torrents (at least this bit has been done easily). I downloaded all that only to realise that I cannot use the FSC Generator because my computer is 64 bit and that requires a 32 bit laptop and I just cannot find an older laptop...Anyway, it seems that the same can be done (at least partially) via the E-Sys software combined with the Psdzdata. I have been able to find online the E-Sys version 3.26.1, however I just can't find links for the Psdzdata. Can anyone help me please? A private message would obviously suffice in case there are problems.
Also, if any of the things I have said are incorrect, please let me know. As I said, I am new to this and I am not 100% sure of the instructions I have read and the steps to take.
