Autotopsdirect.com is another source. Plan to spend about $1,200-$1,400 in parts. The top canvas by itself is around$600-$700, but you'll need the headliner, the lacing cord kit, the batwing kit, and new tension straps. It's generally recommended to buy the BMW tension straps. The after market straps are cheaper but tend to not last very long.
Just like your top canvas the other fabric or plastic parts are 20+ years old and are rotted or brittle. Some of it will break as you're removing the old canvas, some of it like the lacing cords have been trimmed to length where the terminating not lies and can't be retied, and the elastic in the tension straps is already shot on the existing parts. If the tension straps aren't good the rear of the top won't raise far enough and you'll have an interference issue.
