I have the UUC Stage 2 Lightweight Flywheel and E34 M5 Clutch Kit Combo. The kit has only 200-300 miles and was removed due to an improper break-in so the disk should not be reused. You will need to buy a new one but the flywheel and pressure plate are in excellent condition. It will fit '92-'99 E36 3-series and M3, E34/E39 5-series with 6-cylinder M50-series motor as well as 1999 - 9/2003 E46 3-series, E39 530i/528i/525i
It should fit the later E46 3-series (5-speed) as well since you need a new disk and they have a different one but check with UUC first.
