E36 fog light replacement?

I need to replace one of the foglights on my wife's '99 E36 323iC. I figure it can't be that difficult. I replaced my former E30's foglights numerous times and it was VERY easy (back then I couldn't even change my own oil, but I could change the foglight lens without a problem).
