The car is not worn out etc. Runs like a champ. Had it 10yrs and its time to move on.

~160k on engine+trans
~200k on chassis
~8k on clutch/flywheel
~36k on headgasket
~1k on suspension

1994 325is and has been converted/swapped to an M3 including drive train.

-1995 OBDI 3.0 S50B30 straight 6. Motor was shipped from texas.
-Head gasket was professionally done by Bavarian Specialties at 150,000mi.It was an EXTERNAL leak.
-1994 OBDI intake manifold.
-TRM chipped for the following upgrades:
-Witchhunter flow-matched and rebuilt 21.5lb pink top injectors.
-3.5" MAF meter with an Active Autowerke 3.5" intake and 3.5" silicone boot.
-Rogue Engineering underdrive pulleys.
-Umnitza exhaust with a high flow cat. Car turns heads to say the least.
-7000rpm redline.
-Z3M 3 core radiator with electric fan.
-NGK OEM spark plugs complete with newer coils and boots.
-Valve cover gasket and spark plug tubes replaced last summer.
-Oil pump nut secured and will not fail. Oil pan gasket is only a few years old.
-All sensors were replaced at the time of the swap.

-H&R Bilstein Sport springs with Bilstein struts all around. Less than a year old and under 1k miles on them.
-Brand new lollipop bushings offset M3 bushings with negative camber increase of 0.5 degrees.
-Rear differential bushings replacesd with OEM new bushings.
-Shock tower bearings replaced with M3 bearings and reversed for more negative camber.
-OEM X-Brace from convertible installed for increased rigidity.

-All black leather interior from 1998 coupe installed.
-Drivers seat has a little wear.
-Both seats are power and heated with adjustable thigh cushion.
-Roof liner and pillars have been redone in the past year.
-Arm rest is a little dried out but not an eyesore.
-Custom silver and black e-brake and shift boot.
-Interior is xenon LED lit.
-Drivers and passenger doors are extremely rare lux pieces that will not bubble like the standard version. 3M vinyl installed on hand holds can be easily changed. Matches interior boots.

-Euro plate on M3 front bumper with replaceable lip.
-Front end conversion to newer 97+ with new grills.
-Xenon LED DDE halos in DJ Auto glass lenses with 6000k HID projectres. No leaks.
-Yellow glass fog lights with protective plastic coating.
-Oem M3 sideskirts.
-OEM M3 door and fender trim.
-OEM M3 rear bumper.
-30% tint all around except front glass.
-Euro front, side and rear light housings.
-Shaved model off trunk for a clean look.
-Car has been professionally detailed once and the paint is extremely flat and glossy.

-Oem ZF 5 speed with a Z3 shifter for shorter throws.
-Selector rod is OEM but weighted to assist.
-Connecting linkage was replaced at the time of the swap. The shifter is not sloppy.
-Clutch is a gripforce unit with a lightweight flywheel able to withstand 400+ horsepower. The clutch has 8000mi on it and the pilot bearing was also replaced.
-Transmission bushings are a few years old.
-Slave and master cylinder are M3 and new.
-Redline D4 ATF and Differential oil mixture to prevent flywheel chatter.

-OEM Staggered Z3M BBS style 42's which are the exact offset for this car. These are extremely rare 2 piece wheels that can be taken apart and customized. I have the original receipt for $4000. These are BBS wheels and are stamped as such on the casting.
-Tires are Dunlop Direzzia
-Car has a full size spare with good tire.

-M3 floating rotors($900 a set) and calipers in the front. Rotors can be replaced with non floating which are much cheaper.
-All ABS light issues have been corrected. There are no lights on on the dash.
-Stainless brake lines and the fluid is new.
-Master cylinder is M3.

-All new bushings and Redline fluid.
-3.15 gears with a 40% LSD which is stock for this car.

Never seen a track.

There is no such thing as a Jet Black M3.

There is very little rust on the car and the rear is solid.

****Minor issues include the sunroof will not "tilt"(broken lifting blocks $50) and the fuel guage intermittently reads E(dirty contacts in the back of the dash. 1 hour to clean them and the issue goes away).

****Paint on the roof and one of the fenders needs to be tended in my opinion. I will include a new fender with the sale of the car.

I have spent countless hours cleaning the little things on this car like the ICV, TPS, etc. Car runs and idles flawlessly. Heat and AC work as they should.

I have a bill for over $3300 from Zygmunt BMW last summer. Car has been driven less than 3000 miles since. I have most receipts for everything they may not be in order but they're there. Including receipts from the previous owner.

Thanks for looking.

I should also mention the engine plastics are off the original engine. The m power ones were in too poor of a condition to put back on.
