The time has come to sell my e46. I am the second owner and I had this car for 12 years. Purchased it as a CPO from BMW in Fort Worth. Clear title and no accidents. Car was always garaged when not in use. I am a BMW enthusiast and took a good care of the car. I have all records and a spreadsheet with all the repairs and preventive maintenance since I owned it. As much as it hurts to sell it, I do not get to drive it much anymore (third car) and need to free up room in my garage. Asking $3,500.

2003 facelift sedan
Mystic blue metallic
Grey leather interior
166k miles
Steptronic, premium package, dual power memory seats, rain-sensing wipers, climate, automatic xenon headlights

I have both keys and original manuals
AUX input installed in glove compartment
All recalls performed (including passenger and driver airbags)

The car is completely stock with the exception of clear front corners and rear lights (DEPO lenses and Solaris Invisibulbs from Bimmian).

Here is a non-inclusive list of maintenance and repairs performed in last few years (the rest is summarized in the spreadsheet I'm happy to share):

New fuel pump (preventive)
New battery
Coolant system refreshed at 98K miles, everything changed but the radiator (aluminum WP impeller)
VANOS rebuild with Dr. Vanos repair kit at 118K (preventive)
New front, rear shocks and stabilizer bar links at 125K miles
Rebuild DISA valve with German Auto Solutions kit (preventive)
New fan clutch and fan (preventive)
New CCV + hoses and gaskets (preventive)
Aluminum WP pulley
New front rotors and pads at 147K
Meyle control arms and bushings at 162K miles
Recent air filter and cabin filter
Tires replaced around 4K miles ago with Bridgestone Potenza

Includes some spare parts: spark plugs, turn signal bulbs, engine mounts

Known issues:
Oil pan gasket leak, not terrible but a little annoying
Headliner started to sag in the rear, very common on older BMWs
Driver's seat leather cracking (it was already like that when I purchased the car), passenger and back seats are pristine though
