It's not listed on the ETK. Does this car exist ? :confused:

IIRC, there were no E46 328Cics built, because the convertible was introduced in the spring, shortly before the changeover to the 330.

Someone was claiming it did exist in the USA. Just wanted to be sure.

No, there were a few 323Cics sold here, but no 328s.

E46 never had a 328Cic.

Now, I don't know what was in the last year of the E36 convertible. Was that in 1999? Maybe the guy was confusing E36 with E46, given that for that year both the 4 doors E46 and the coupe E36 were produced.

That could be it. If I'm not mistaken the E36 convertible was produced all the way up to september of 1999?

Yes, the E36 convertibles (and coupes) were produced through '99. But the E36s did not have the "TU" engine. It was just the M52 without TU. And the E36s were never referred to as "CiC"s.
