Hi, I'm looking to replace the rear shocks on my 2007 328i (E90 no sport package). My question is that I found some Sachs, at a good price, but only for E90s WITH sport suspension (part #311410). Will they fit correctly my car (w/o sport suspension)?

They will fit physically but they won't be valved correctly for the higher ride height of non-sport springs.

I recommend you get a set of bilstein b4s or b6s. It's under $200 for the pair. I would also replace bump stops and upper and lower mounts while the shocks are out.
