E92 Bumper/Bumper Lip

Does anybody know where I can find this bumper? I saw it on the front page of E92-lighting.com:

It looks much more aggressive than most of the ones that I have seen on the net. I love it, but can't find it anywhere.

It's definitely not stock. The stock lip is flat across the bottom.

I'm having a hard time choosing between the 3.
