You must use E-Sys 3.27.1.

I have no idea what it is your are saying, but E-Sys 3.27.1 and 61.5 PSdZData work perfectly fine together for flashing.

Are you using E-Sys Launcher or E-Sys Plus for Flashing? If so, don't. Use E-Sys direct. And make sure you choose correct E-Sys Target Connection.

After cic retrofit i tried active navi intel stwpatherv2 way i tried flash hu_cic with last psdzdata 62.5 but when i tried tal calculation got warning '1 WARNING events during TAL generation . (383)' And then when last step of flash ,start TA execution .it stoped and got 'mulf-36 exception code =49184 MODE_CHANGE PARAMETER doesnt map to and ..
What is the problem

My donor car for cic is build year 2012 .so for intel navi activation patch is it need cic flash with new firmware or not i dont know version of cic now .how can i check firmware version of hu_cic .if firmware is c16 may not necessary flash.

I tried:

This error is normally VIN issue. You must check the box for Read VIN from FA, then press the read FA Button, then execute the Flash TAL.

No luck.

I tried the use the C:\Data\SVT\SVT_soll.xml file but I have problems. the software states the following: ecuStatus, ecuDetails, ecuBusCOnnection entries are missing on the SVT, Could this cause the problems with the calculation as well?

I have ESYS 3.28.1 or ESYS 3.33.4 with v.4.23.12_PSdZData_Full

While possible, it is not advisable. ID4 Hardware has 2 Gb of Ram. ID5/6 has 4 Gb. If you flash ID4 Hardware with ID5/6 Firmware, it will run slow, and suffer frequent reboots as it does not have enough memory. You will also need new ID5/6 Map FSC Code and unless car has a functional ATM module, you will loose all Telematics (e.g. RTTI).
