I plan to order a 435i for European Delivery. My Trip is planned for the first week of September 2014, my question is will I be able to order and take delivery of a 2015 at that time or will it be a 2014?

likely beginning of 2015s. The 2014s went into production this year on July 1st.

Concerning your question, BMW is nothing if not inconsistent about when model year changes occur. This is something that can be figured out once we're in 2014, not earlier.

Model year changes can happen as early as March and as late as October.
