A lot of hand labor, nicely done. :thumbup: For a logical guy like me, I use a plastic sleeve to carry all my cards + a $20 bill folded in thirds to fit. Haven't had a wallet for what, 15 years or so.

I'm a huge fan of "How It's Made"
they often simplify things a lot but items like these are quite interesting to see how they actually make them. Especially for items that require a great deal of manual labor, such as this wallet, shoes, etc. Most of the sporting goods seem to have a lot of manual labor involved. Hockey and lacrosse sticks come to mind.

Plenty of street vendors on the streets on NYC. When it's time for a wallet, I look for the leather insert inside the wallets. I like them thin and small. I take the one I like out, tell them "I'll give you $5 for that, and you can keep the wallet". It takes them only a couple of seconds to say "deal".

I am always on a hunt for a thinner wallet.
