Hi all I flashed all my modules successfully through esys but the IHKA module came up with completed with warning. I have since noticed my DL side won’t blow hot air now. I have tried reflashing and no success the software parts were successful now I’m at a loss and the module shows up with no errors in ista.

Have you checked the blower motors?
You can try to reflash the IHKA module

Checked the blowers and reflashed, same finished with errors message
WIth errors?
The completed with errors Esys message, but no fault errors
It’s the same as I posted before. Could it be the valves or something, still blowing cold and not strong fan speed but is fine on air con cold
Still have the same issue and error, but noticed that the blower( fan speed) is almost non existent on the drivers side when set on heat and turned up but the passenger side fan speed is fine. If I have it on AC the blower (fan speed) works properly.

I did some more checks and with both side set hot these were the readings from the sensors, I also check the valve test both were open 100% then started to close when I turned down the temp back to a/c

I also did the detect caf from SWE and all it showed was a long list of 2018 and all the same caf version all from 2018.
You can choose any and code
I tried a couple and it didn’t resolve it :-(
I’m wondering if this is all from the ecu flash, is there a way I can backgrade the flash e.g. get an older psdzdata version and reflash it. Maybe this all stems from being the only one that finished with errors for the btfl process, and that time violation error. It’s previous istep was f10-12-11-503 I think.

Also those 3 BimmerLink errors from my earlier post keep coming back too.
@shawnsheridan i don’t know if I’m at the stage that I should just chase a used ihka module or something

No. Sorry, I have no idea if this is IHKA module or something external to it.
Could it be an issue with connections, should I try reseating the connectors and try flashing it again? Is there a newer version of IHKA that would be the replacement. You can’t see it in the photo but it’s the one with the little circle thing under the dial and not the one with the plastic fins.

I would try it, nothing to lose. No idea on a newer version.
Edit your svt_ist CAFD,SWFL,BTLD to 000 and do Tal calculation again. DON'T CHANGE YOUR HWEL NEVER
Hi @Siki78
Which part are you saying to change to 000, all 3 sets of 3 digits? e.g BTLD_00002788_000_000_000

Is this for backdating with a previous psdzdata version or do you mean to reflash with same psdzdate from 4.38?

Current ІНКА

BTLD_00002788_002_016_001

CAFD_00000092_004_002_069

HWEL_000018F8_001_003_000

SWFL_00002789_002_023_002

Is it using read ecu or read vcm when creating the files?

HWAP and HWEL don't change
Always use read ecu.
