Hello guys,
I have a strange issue with my bmw 535D f10 from 2010.11 .
I have the TPMS monitor system, that indicates the exact pressure/temperature for every wheel.
Here is the story:

I bought 4 new sensors, installed them in the 4 wheels. They got recognized after 1 week (not instant) after trying to reset from idrive.
Everything was good for 1-2 months and then I went to local BMW to do some coding on my steering rack. When I got the car, the TPMS failed to initialize.

They told me I need new tyre pressure sensors, but that's not the case.
I went to a "diagnosis man" and we did the procedure where you inflate
Left Front tire with 3.5 bar
Right Front tire with 3.0 bar
Left Back tire with 2.5 bar
Right back tire with 2.0 bar

The car was reading all sensors correctly. So the sensors work, the car read them when it's connected to the BMW diagnose.

But still, it fails to initialize. What can I do more?
After 5 10 minutes it says tyre pressure monitor failure
What can cause this strange behavior?

Thanks!
Vlad

Since they do register, I wouldn't think you have the wrong sensors, but BMW did change them in Sept 2010 for 2011 models. Went from one frequency to another.

The same 4 sensors worked 1 month ago.
I tested them also with a tpms sensor test and they showed full battery.
And as i said, they are read by the car if connected on diagnosis.
They simply fail to initialize.... and its driving me crazy, nobody knows what the problem is.
