F15 coding

Shawn,

Got my ENET cable today and hoping to do some coding on my F15. Desperately need a link to the latest PSdZData Lite and possibly a cheat sheet. I have E-Sys 3.25 already downloaded by the way.

I figured I would update on my coding adventure, all and all it was uneventful to say the least, less some momentary scares. When modifying the KOMBI folder, I had the car running and once I made the changes, saved and went to Code FDL, the iDrive rebooted and the care started stating various errors. "Auto PDC Malfunction", "Collision Avoidance Malfunction" just to name a few. After a few seconds, it all came back online and while I had to turn those features back on in iDrive, everything works without issue. Try not to sh!t your pants when it happens because I sure did.

Two questions for anyone willing to answer.

1) While I made the following updates as documented, for some reason the mirrors won't fold with CA only with the fob. Interestingly they will unfold with CA without issue. Can't figure out why that is, anyone have ideas?

2) I also attempted to have the top and rear view cameras operate while driving and while they come on momentarily, they don't stay on. I adjust the below settings, as specified in the document which should make it so that it disables at 200 km/h+ and I can assure you I was no where near that when it went off. The front camera works at any speed, so this seems odd to me.

I actually coded the camera option this morning and it's worked pretty well so far. The cheat sheet I found has two other parameters you need to change to "FF". Check the photo below.

Sorry, not following, I'm using this sheet and I'm not sure which options you are referring to as V_SCHWELLE_1_KMH and V_SCHWELLE_2_KMH should be set to C8 which I did.

Can you send me the link to your sheet, I'd like to compare to what I'm using. I know for a fact that I didn't update the D values only the V values. I'll try changing them to FF instead of C8

I'll let @shafeeq forward to you, but keep in mind that this mentions it is for F30/F32 chassis, not sure if that makes it usable for F15, although on initial review, it appears that most of the same settings pertain to the other document I used initially. I will say that this is far more comprehensive. :thumbup:

X5 Coding

Hi could you please send me the link for the latest E-sys,Pszdata and if possible a token . That is the first time to try coding.Also I got a silly question, my x5 doesn't have bmw apps. can VO coding get this apps installed in the car?
