I thought that there was a rule about how many different elements the front wing could have? If so, shouldn't that extra little "chin" piece be considered extra elements? I mean, the main front wing already has 3 distinct elements, and the "chin" wing has another 2.
I also thought that the new rules mandated that the front wing be significantly higher off the ground; yet all the new 2005 challengers have center front wing "bulges that are just as low (or in Ferrari's case, even lower) as they were in 2004. Is the rule for the "mean" height of the front wing, or just the wing tips?
