I'm not sure how the fuse location will help to fix the wipers, unless it's to pull the power of just them while you diagnose or fix them. But here should be the info you asked for.
Also, you weren't clear that you knew to look for your car's fuse block layout card, that's "hidden" behind the glove box.
I have the 2008-02 e92 (335i, sedan) but it should have the same fuse block. Maybe some are blanked or not compared with yours, but the layout should be the same.

It shows Fuse #:
1= Rear Wiper. [This must be optional as my car doesn't have a REAR wiper]
50= Wiper Control
79= Wiper Control

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: The 3-series changed their fuse block layout WITHIN the model, between 2007 and 2008, so check your drivers-door ID plate for the actual manufacturing year and month. Then look at the attached image of the fuse block. A quick "tell" is the position and side-to-side vs up-and-down orientation of the fuse puller that's clipped to the block.

I suggest you get the Bentley Service Manual. It covers the full series and is where I got my info:
Bentley Service Manual:
BMW 3 Series 2006-2010 (E90, E91, E92, E93)
325i, 325xi, 328i, 328xi, 330i, 330xi, 335i, 335xi
ISBN: 978-0-8376-1685-8

Once you've bought the hardcover, you can get a PDF version, which is very useful for taking out to the car on a laptop/tablet, and key-word searching, and printing out specific pages (that I like to highlight or color in).

Here is a link to TIS Wipe-Wash Control for 2008 and later E9x models. The Wiring Diagram does NOT change with Chassis (E90 sedan, E91 Wagon, E92 Coupe, E93 Convertible).
That TIS wiring diagram is "Interactive" so you can click on any BLUE Component ID and get more information about that component. For instance if you click on F50 (Fuse), you get a page where you can select "Installation Location" for 2008 & later models (built AFTER 9/2007), which gives you the following screen. Note F50 is just below the Wiper Relay K36, and the Installation Location for the Relays is ALSO linked below:
https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/e90-328i-lim/1VnYh5CO3E ;)
If you have downloaded the Bentley Manual in pdf format, Fuse Charts for your 2008 model (2008 & later models, 9/2007 build date & later), are found on pdf pages 936 & 937, with a Fuse Box layout shown at upper-left of each page.

Fuse F50 powers the Wiper Motor (M3a) via either of the relays, K36 or K37, depending upon WHICH wiper speed is selected by the stalk switch. Regardless of WHAT is causing the wipers to operate with Ignition off or causing them to run at any time when they should NOT be running, if you pull that fuse F50, the wipers will STOP, perhaps NOT parking properly.

If you are an RN, you SHOULD have sufficient scientific background to DIY on this car with all the References available. You seem to be confused by multiple issues over the weeks you have posted here. You should be MORE aware of the concepts of "Triage" than most here. ;)
I would suggest that you start over with a LIST of CURRENT ISSUES. For example, Voltage spikes or "Over-voltage" where the alternator output voltage is in the 16-17V Range can cause strange Module or Bus communications with issues like wipers running when NOT switched on. You mentioned someone (INCORRECTLY) applied jumper cables to the Battery in the trunk. NOT GOOD! So I would suggest listing ALL current issues (such as Won't Crank, Cranks but doesn't fire, runs but XX Warning Lights; XX system has yy improper operation).

Then let us know what diagnostic tools you have available and your general experience or understanding with/of HOW to use each:
1) Multimeter & general experience/knowledge level measuring voltage or resistance
2) Experience in following wiring diagrams (start with Wiper diagram attached)
3) Any Scan Tool or diagnostic software you NOW have or have on order
4) Any Laptop or Android Device you currently have
5) IF you have laptop, but do NOT have INPA or ISTA installed, do you have experience downloading & installing software, or know someone who can do that part?

We would like to see you have a positive and confidence-building experience with this car, but like any other endeavor, its ALL about learning a step-at-a-time, building concepts that work for you, and NOT going down too many rabbit holes or getting "snowed"/discouraged by people who throw too much at you at once. TRIAGE/Prioritize.

thanks George.
think someone messed up this car previously, that is why nothing makes too much sense..starter going in tomorrow with new battery.prayers..i have a BMW small scanner that checks modules and all .Will fill you in...many thanks again :)
I don't have any knowledge of running any software programs on my computer but can do basic mechanic repairs..electronic wise, i checked all the fuses in glove box area..only one was blown..I know how to use a multi-meter...amen...tomorrow new starter being installed..this car is hard to work on verses my old Kia...God bless all of you that can tackle this German machine! It's complicated with all the electronics!

Sorry i do not have a 2nd wiper relay on that fuse panel under glovebox, but only one wiper relay that i can see right above fuse 50 Relay is green in color....this Florida heat is getting to me...I appreciate all your help..the latest was a mobile mechanic came ..he is putting a new starter in and used to work for BMW, so hopefully this car will start~~~~both trigger and positive big battery cable had voltage but starter was a no crank no start.
