New X5 G05 Xdrive5.0i by specs is heavier than predecessors F15 and E70 with the same engine N63B44. It has 650N/m torque and 462 hp and specified acceleration 0-100 km/h is 4.7 sec.

Against E70 X5M with engine S63B44O0 and 555 hp and torque 680 and WITH THE SAME acceleration 4.7 seconds ???? G05 is not lighter than X5M E70.

How it can be ? Anybody can explain how 462 hp accelerates equally to 555 hp basically with the same engine, with less torque and with almost equal weight ?

Optimized transmission shifts? Better torque vectoring in the new xDrive setup?

Probably u are right, there must be some reasons in the end if there is not marketing bug. But again hp difference is very huge between X5M E70 and G05, it is 93 hp, almost 100 hp. And to reach the same acceleration by just tuning up looks really unconvincing, at least IMHO.

Look at the torque curves. The difference between the turbo and NA engines is also a big factor.

I think there is a post on here saying this is the only year for that trim/engine and starting next year it will be an M50i

Well the 50i no 5.0 since this isn't a Mustang... does 0-60mph in 4.3s per someone testing it on another forum. The M50d is slower of course and not comparable despite a similar name. BMW always underrates their HP and times so the X5 50i doesn't disappoint.
