Ditto. When was the last time you saw a disguised prototype that looked really good?Unlike you guys, I'll withhold judgment until judgment day.
TD - Do you think they would keep all of those angles in the production model? IMHO, those angles are killing the car. That and the rear end, the side profile, the taillights . . . :thumbdwn: The wheel wells look shaved!TD said:
We've all already seen it. Remember the X-Coupe. This is it in roadster form.
Compare the X-Coupe pics I posted with the Z4 pics linked at Roadfly. You'll see that those pics are of a disguised roadster version of the X-Coupe and that many of those lines ARE there. Of course, I stated my opinion of those lines in my post at the top of the thread.Ackster said:

Doing a side by side comparison of the pics (which I just did), they are not exactly the same, but the Z4 looks without question like a production version of the X-Coupe. All of the same elements are there, although, in executiion, a few details have changed. Look at the trunk, for example. The Z4's trunk isn't as tall as the X-Coupe's, but the taillights and overall theme is the same. And at the front, implied cut lines on the X-Coupe (from the top of the headlights) are actual body panel seams on the Z4. And the sculpting on the sides isn't quite as extreme on the Z4, but it's still the same design.PhilH said:
