I picked up my 335i three weeks ago, and have waited this long to say hello. This is my first BMW, but my fourth German car. The verdict: What a fantastic ride! I jut have to learn to have some judgment when the car whispers to me, "c'mon, go faster... ya damn wuss."

Personally I invested in a radar detector instead of wasting all that time learning better judgment...
I still have my 1983-vintage Escort radar detector, left over from when I lived in NY. Here in the Republic of Virginia, they're illegal. Good times.

My inlaws live in VA so I spend more time there, than I'd like. The advantage of newer radar detectors is that they can't be detected by the police. I use mine in VA all of the time, and it's saved me quite a bit of grief. :bigpimp:
