I think BMW of Tampa and BMW of Orlando will negotiate to a low price (e.g. invoice + 1000). If you want lower than that you have to buy out of state.

The only way to get invoice or below at any South Florida BMW dealer s getting a leftover car in the lot and with trunk money incentives.

Otherwise forget about it.
Have you tried South BMW in Miami? What did they say?
Agree with technic, excluding incentives, I highly doubt any dealer is going to be willing to sell at invoice especially since this is still the first month of the MY2012.
I would recommend either getting a performance center delivery from Greg at Pacific BMW ($500-800 over invoice) or buying from Adrian at BMW of South Atlanta (around $1000 over invoice). These prices include doc fees (which are normally $500 on top of the selling price in South Florida) - so its pretty close to invoice when you compare apples to apples.

Trucking the car from Atlanta or Greenville to Miami is $350 all included with Capitol Auto. Alternatively you can just drive it back (took me 8 hours to drive back from Atlanta last January).

When I did the math it looked like this:

Vista wanted $2000 over invoice plus a $699 doc fee (so totally $2699 over invoice)
Braman wanted $4200 over invoice plus a $499 doc fee ($4699 over invoice in total)

Greg sold me at $850 over invoice including doc fee. Since Braman's doc fee is $499, that's the equivalent of $349 over invoice with a typical S.FL doc fee.

These are all before incentives. So with $1000 incentive, I am below invoice.
Good south Florida price

Thanks! Everyone. I guess I thought since others on this forum were getting invoice price, I was some how " missing the boat". I guess in South Florida, one just has to pay a premium for cars.

Stealth Pilot, do the prices you list for invoice include the destination & handling, plus training fee?

Thanks

No these are price above invoice. Dest handling and MACO are part of the invoice. but to be honest these prices are specific to 550i and were from July. Dealers are being even more aggressive now so I would recommend you contact these guys and negotiate. 535 pricing is typically more aggressive than 550 also.
Try Mark Wang of bmw ft laud he is incharge of internet pricing he is at the pembrook pines store
Can everyone give me contact info(email) for Adrian at BMW in south atlanta
Would not touch Pines

My last purchases where x5D with Coggin BMW in Fort Pierce, not the cheapest price but good to deal with, and the my wifes new 535Xi coming from Germain in Naples, nice to deal with and honest, lay it out and says it as it is ( did give coggin a try but could not match price on trade and lets be honest it is price to change car is the real figure you want if a trade is involved )

Use any of the Zag tools, just change the zip to dealer area code and plug in your wants , then click on contact dealer and let them call you ( yes you have to sort of guess the dealer but if it is the only one zero miles from the zip you added then you have a winner)

The previous posters are correct, the further North you get even in Florida it is normally a better deal, but if you are trading then it has to be factored in ( which is why we went Naples )

Note I live about 3 miles from Pines BMW and they do offer Zag pricing but they are clowns
