When they put on a new OEM bumper is it already painted from the factory? Does anyone know of a good body shop in the Bay Area? The dealer recommended B & S Hacienda Auto Body Paint in Pleasanton. They said they were BMW certified and they send their repairs there. Any suggestions? Thanks.
