Thanks to Jeff from HMS motorsports. Again, it never fails to amaze me how much support there is in the BMW enthusiast community. :)

First off, installation was somewhat of a "snap." It's not technically hard, the only two additional mounting points are easily accessible. The one left of the driver's seat is VERY easy, it took me longer to pop off the cover to the #50 torx screw than the installation. Cut a nice little hole on the cover so the harness mounting point isn't as obvious.

The rear mounting point is underneath the left side seat bolster on the rear passenger seat. It's easily accessible but I pulled it too hard, and one of the clips snapped off. Oh well, I guess it's another trip to the local dealership parts department.

Anyway, haven't had a chance to take it to a twisty yet, I think next Saturday once I have Plaz's sway and SSK installed, we might take our cars to Angelos Crest and see what these babies are capable of. Of course, full post of the review will be shared here first. :D

You will love the harness  . Let me know when you go for a spin on Angeles Crest Hwy, I would love to join you for a spirited drive.

Sorry for the off-topic, but I saw the HMS....

At the Boston BMWCCA auto-x yesterday, there were a couple of Mini's there. One a Cooper, and the other an S. Both of them were predominently sporting HMS regalia. During "cone patrol" sessions (working, not driving) the Mini's didn't seem to competative, seeing them going around the track. I think it may be the tires they were running though. They were spinning the tires under hard accelleration. They were running Pirelli [email protected]'s (run flats)... If they weren't running those tires, I'd bet they'd be quite quick going through the gates.

Unfortunately, the non-S somehow got a gash on it's side somehow during the day. Was sad to see that. Cool little cars though.

You can see them both at the HMS site:
Here's the Yellow non-S
Here's the Grey Cooper S

Hack,

as Raffi stated, you will love your harnesses especially at the track!

Did you get blue? Looks pretty damn good with TB/Blk if you ask me :D
