It began when I mistook a second maintenance session for being completed when I went in a couple of weeks earlier for the first maintenance. As a result, I brought the car in for what I thought was a straight-forward reset of the service interval. Turns out I made the mistake mentioned earlier, but Nicole was kind enough to start the maintenance immediately, without the appointment being made.

During the course of the servicing, the tech noticed a couple of leaking seals around the front differential region, and proceeded to start replacing the seals. I was immediately placed in an X3 loaner so I could get back to work, and the repair was completed the next day noon. All without an appointment.

I'm really happy about the service (SA and CA) from Morristown, in this cost-cutting climate, I'm glad their service is as good as ever :thumbup:
