Hello everyone. I've been around cars since I was 5 traveling around the world following my parents. I picked up a 98 e39 540i (stole it on ebay) with a blown transmission. I had it rebuilt. That was in May of 2009 when it had 295k on the clock. I'm at 323k and counting. :thumbup: :thumbup: It's had some parts fail here and there but as far as how the car has run (especially on road trips), I must say I am AMAZED! Any way, like all of us, I like to tinker with them until I know when not to get in trouble. Catch you all on a page sooner or later.
