Just wait... it's a secret conspiracy by the po-leece and BMW to up the fun AND up the ticket quotas. I've been nailed twice in 9 months!![]()
Cops over here, on the other hand, seems to have nothing better to do but to harass drivers. Many times I see 3 or 4 cops car stopping ONE speeding car.... hmmmm...tam3 said:California is kinda stupid (or just doesn't care) about tag infringements. I drove around with a license plate that had been expired for at least 4 months (always scared to let a cop get behind me). In the end it never mattered because when I was on vacation someone stole the bastard. We didn't have comprehensive on it because it was a beater and we didn't bother filing a police report because 1) we were gonna get rid of it anyways (just wish we had gotten all the stereo equipment out first) and 2) if someone wanted the POS that bad.... well who were we to argue with that?(SF Bay area of California: only crimes are car theft/vandalism and cops going psychotic and whacking their ex-gf's on the 101) :yikes:
In the same area I saw far worse infractions -- people driving around with tags that had been expired for over a year or more!
The cops are probably smoking the same crack all the drivers there seem to be![]()

It's a talivan ticket right? I would since the entire program is in jeopardy. You will have to go to court more than once though.
P.S. Did you notice the board thinks we changed time too, all the posts are an hour ahead.![]()
Exxactly.... I already got a quote from Allstate for my new car. I would really hate to hear a different quote from them because of this ticket...vexed said:
I'll let you tell them, I have to work hard to remain on Clem's good side:angel:
Fight it, the fines are too high and some insurance companies will charge you points for them.:tsk:
Nope, it has arrived at the port tho, I called BMWNA this morning and asked if it will get on the 4/8 ship, the guy said possible...... :dunno:vexed said:
