Guide for, how to import FSC 9C code, 6NR

I'm looking for a guide how to import FSC 9C code with E-sys or any necessary software I might need. I have not yet bought any code, suggestions are wanted. My BMW-shop offer 6NR code for $ 233, but would not want to encode it because I have retrofitted my Combox. Can there be any problems when I have retrofitted a German Combox? I do not use the Combox-VIN, but changed to the Car-VIN (Sweden). Internet and Live works. 6NF USB-dock does not work, but I think it is because that there is no cable to CIC when all three video inputs are occupied with TV, DVD changer, Night Vision, Rear seat ent. Pro. I have changed production date from 0908 to 0312 in VO, för CMB_media and HU_CIC, if I change for all modules I got some errors (seatbelt and Fuel), is that normal? Thanks in advance

I'm interested in FSC code for 6NR for my 2011 F10 CIC. (although off topic; rather than post in both threads) i'm also interested in Professional Maps update for north america. Please PM me the details on either/both.

I had BMW Apps running on my 2011 M3 (coded by me) but after the dealer updated the car earlier today, it won't re-enable.
My guess it that since my car had original software, FSC codes didn't exist as a requirement.

Later on, they added that protection.

So... Can you please help me buy and install an FSC code for this feature?
I would prefer to not change the VO, and would like to stick with FDL coding.

6nr code

I have a BMW 520 F10 06-2010 fabrication and i have just retrofited my car with combox media.
I don't understand what is that 6NR code and how can I activate it. All i want in my car are BMW Apps working, plugin function working, possibility to use cellular data from phone in navigation. I dont have yet a snap in adapter media but i can buy anytime if it is necessary .

Hi,

I have retrofitted and coded my 2007 E60 with CIC and combox media. Everything is working great, but I would also like to get 9C FSC code for BMW Apps.

I have the elusive FSTool to import the certificate, however I am unsure if it is working correctly. Can anyone inform me how to use it? Long shot I know, as it tends to be kept a 'secret' along with finding a download of the tool itself.

HI,

if the donor VIN of the retrofitted CIC not have apps 9C FSC, then you must change the vin and all FSCs.
But perhaps you have an old firmware and you can use BMW apps without FSC.

For 6NR, you must have >= 0910 build with 609 Nav Pro so that you have Combox.

I assume 9C FSC Code has status "Accepted"?

With 6NR in FA VO Code Head Unit and Combox twice.

for BMW Apss, you can extend your VO to 6NR and code the head unit.
