Try Techron

Don't know about the Redline stuff, but the only fuel system additive I've heard good things about is Chevron Techron. If you use good quality name brand gas, preferrable the highest grade, you shouldn't need any of this stuff, as an equivalent should be in the additive package in the gasoline.

If you are going to use a fuel system additive/ cleaner, do it right before an oil change. The bottled stuff is much more concentrated than what they use for gasoline additive at the pump, and can effect the oil negatively. You better off running through one tankfull of gas with the cleaner, and then changing the oil.

Redlines web-site states that the additives are not strong enough to be beneficial.
