Heat/AC Blower only works intermittently

My 2010 650i and the blower for heat/AC only works on occasionally. When it does work it works great. I assume it is either the final stage or a bad/ gummed up blower? can someone please get me instructions on how to replace the blower motor and final stage? found nothing online and I refuse to take it to the dealer and pay a fortune for something I can do my self. HELP! :):eeps:
