Help reading INPA lambda probe system test

Hello all,

I've have been trying to diagnose an issue on my E46 that seems to be air flow related. Everything in INPA is within range, apart from one reading relating to lambda probes in both banks, before and after cat. All four are far above normal values as can be seen in the attached image. Would anybody be able to explain what the readings represent and any possible causes? Thank you.

When were these readings taken? Do you have any fault codes stored? Do the resistance values change as the car warms up?

Readings were taken when car is off, engine cold. No fault codes at all, which has been the biggest nightmare. I checked the readings again with the engine on and they are all even higher, with some reaching over 60000 Ohms.
