I just negotiated $1000 over invoice for a 530xi.

For US delivery, the price is 56,000

For ED, the price is 52,000.

Assuming 12K year, 7 MSD's, what should the monthly payment be for both scenarios. I live in NY and the tax rate is 7.5% here.

current MF is .00175 and residual 60%.

Thinking of changing to ED if the price is right.

Isn't the MF for a 530xi, 3year lease with 12,000 miles/year .00225? Also, I think residual is 62%
yes, but I'm including 7 MSD's to reduce the MF.

(unless its illegal in NY state) which i just found out might be true.

Asssuming you cant use MSD's and using July's #'s which are 62% residual for 12k miles and .00225 MF. Your payment will be $747 plus tax or $803 with tax.

Good news is, new lease numbers came out today.

MF is .00160
residual 62%

wouldn't that be $759 with tax (7.35%)

based on those #'s you're at $687 without tax and $738 with tax

that's if you don't roll in the acquisition fee, correct?

 No you can't.

You can roll anything you want into the lease, remember you're paying interest on anything you roll into the lease.

I got my 550 from Rallye in Roslyn

you'll get different answers to this question. Most will tell you to roll your taxes in. On my last lease, I rolled the txes in the payment, this time I paid tax, security, and acquisition fee up front. Anything that you roll in you pay interest on as well. In NY, there is GAP insurance, which protects you from theft or a totalled car on a lease. I wouldn't pay any additional down payment.
