I recently purchased a new battery and installed it. After I installed the new battery I found that there is no longer axillary or Bluetooth features on my stock radio. Can someone please tell me if they have ran into this problem and how they fixed it? Thank you

The bluetooth comes from a seprate module called the TCU.

The bluetooth comes from a seprate module called the TCU.
I would check it for power . I don't know where the fuse is but
I would look for it on the fuse panel . And measure the fuses
don't just visual them.
The module is located under the trunk floor behind the right
passenger seat.

Other than power down I don't know

Other than power down I don't know .
Did you check the connections and power at the TCU?
Did you Look for blown fuses?
Other than than that you would need to run a scan on the
car with BMW diagnostics.
Mine acted up a few times and gave and SOS error and there
was no phone symbol displayed on the menu .
Then it went away and has been good since .

I would disconnect the battery ground and reconnect it. Make sure the 2-pin cable is connected to the proper harness. There are 2 harnesses it can connect to and if connected to the wrong one, you might have issues.

Though I don't think the 2-pin harness is your issue.
