Agree about Hendrick around Charlotte. Bought 2 Lexus(RX330,350) and recently X3 from different shops at different times. Felt like sales rep knew features about each car(used). Not much pressure, just enough. Also focused on service and their CPO. Recently used Brandon at Northlake BMW. The buyer never wins on pricing, but I don't FEEL abused.
