I came from a 2011 F01, loved it but too many miles on it too quickly. Got into a 2013 A8L Audi and LOVE it. But again, getting up in miles, so need to get out in a year or so. Wondering if anyone has thoughts on when the G11 will end up under $60k? I'm figuring around the 3 year mark. I love the G11 but new ones are $112k with M package at my dealer, so that's out. TIA

G12 is all there is. Who knows where prices will be but in 2 years there will be G12s coming off lease and 60000 sound about right for a 2016 in late 2018. If you can stretch yourself, there are still leftover 2016 G12's at great prices.

Based on how dealers are marking down the 2016 models (750i), I would say one of those could be had in the $60K range maybe about two years from now.

I wouldn't touch that 2016 G12. Have we seen enough over many 7-series generations, first-year early adopters are just guinea pigs to BMW!

I honestly believe when we revisit this thread at the same time next year... There will be 16s right around $60k. And depending upon mileage and options... > $60k.

If you're right, that would be disastrous for current owners. With normal depreciation and market demand factors, I really believe current G12s will be selling in the $60K range by the fourth quarter of 2018.

I don't think as a whole, most will sell for this. But I believe there will be some examples with diligent searching.

Sure but it's mainly early 17's At this point. A year from now is about the time the 16's should be around $60k.
