Do a search for replacing radio. It will show you how to remove the trim pieces and everything you need to get access to the back of that. Once you have access, you can simply pop it out and pop the new one in.

Another more aggressive method could be to drill a hole in the old one and put a wall anchor through the hole to give you leverage to pop the old one out without removing all the other stuff.
