$300? Unless the shop owner owes you a big favor, run away. Anything less than $350 for paint and $100 for installation is a HACK job and should not be trusted. I got a $300 paint job and am still complaining about it till today.

This cannot be right. My car got keyed and I am getting two panels painted and at the same time this will cover the painting of a new front bumper on my 2002 330i. I am getting a sport package front bumper. I really hated the non sport one. The parts alone for the front bumper are about $750. This includes new lights and other various parts. The bumper itself is about $350. The sport bumper does not automatically fit in place of a non sport. There are additional parts required to attach it, there are also additional parts to modify air ducts. the paiting itself should fall somewhere in the $300-$450 range.
