Dealer. MACO and training fee are legitimate charges that BMW charges the dealer in addition to what they pay for the car.

Man, I thought I had a good deal with 750 over invoice for the 335 coupe I am considering. Are you serious - I can try for below invoice? How much?

You did get a good deal. Getting *under* invoice is pretty darn hard (don't want to say impossible since clearly it is possible, but....) don't sweat it. Enjoy your new car and be glad you know enough not to pay MSRP and think you got it made
