VIN assigned...car moved into "production" mode from "processing" mode. Signing papers on Friday @ 11:00am. Keeping my 2010 Sportwagon because I love it (although not getting great mileage on hated ethanol...but not blaming my little car). ED on 9/12. All is well in bimmerland.

Congratulations, that must be a big relief! Seems like they're cutting it kind of close but no doubt they'll have it ready for you! I was surprised at how early my car went into production, a month and a day before delivery date.

I pick up in less 20 days and am still in order processing mode! Yikes! Talking about cutting it close!
