The scary thing was when I took them off and looked at them is that they had crubbled into dust and a big chunk of them were missing from the middle of the pad. Heat killed them.
I put in SuperBlue last week. It still boiled. A lot of pedal travel, but the car still stopped OK. I'll take all the "free" brake replacements that I can get. I may just take the OEM replacements if I get them within the 36K period (I have 31.5K now) and switch the pads and rotors out before going to the track :dunno: That way, I can use a race padin_d_haus said:I just replaced them myself, my dealer frowns on tracking "their" cars.
