I am getting Ignition codes faults on all 6 cylinders of my E36 using my PEAK detector, How could this be when the car is running fine?

Clear the codes drive the car and re-read. The codes could have been stored individually over time. Does the PEAK tool show you how many times the code was thrown for each cylinder?

EDIT: not meant to offend but I have issues with the code readers. Some codes don't even mean what they say.
CIP: Catalytic converter fail? Usually means the rear O2 sensors are bad. It takes a good tech to be able to plow through all the possible answers to a fault code.
