Hello beautiful forum,

I use to own a black 540i sport automatic a few years ago and absolutely love it. Sadly, I had to let her go.

But now i'm back ! I want to get a new car for my daily, something a little more fun and comfortable that I can enjoy driving everyday and the first thing I thought of was my beloved 540i but this time in manual. I'm very excited !

Please let me know if you see any for sale for a good price and clean.

What I'm looking for is a 540i Sport Manual with the M bumpers. not too high of mileage, I would like to keep it under 150k.

Great deals out there for cars. I picked the exact car you described for $3k. Needed a bit of love, but over all it was in great shape.

Good luck man - they are out there but be careful with what you get into. Make sure you understand what you are getting into especially if you are getting this for your DD.

Make sure the car has had its Vanos, Timing Chain service or you will need to count on spending money to do this to make it reliable.
