Yea

At least it is still attached to the car. I'm sure warranty will take care of it...

It is actually good the (easily replaceable) bracket broke.

I have also heard of sway bars ripping the mounting brackets right off the unibody and tearing holes in the floor! That requires welding...

I either did that, or actuaslly broke the swaybar itself on my old E320 4Matic. It might have been the swaybar tself, though... The suspension went to max body roll in very gentle cornering. :p
