The 1800 number is telling me the car is in transit, but when speaking to a rep there, they don't seem to have any info on where the car is.

My CA is on vacation, but does "in transit" usually mean the car is on a boat?

I did ED on the 8th, didn't drive the car, so not sure when they actually took it to the port. Nothing shows up if I try to track it on Wallenius Wilhelmsen.

I dropped the car on 14th and automated number says "it's in transit"

Not sure if it is in a truck or ship or still at dropoff location..

You're probably on the Carmen, a Wallenius ship scheduled to leave Bremerhaven today. How are you trying to track the car on the Wallenius site? Use the link below and enter your VIN in the Cargo ID box on the far right. It should show up there. If not then it's probably not on the boat for some reason.

Odds are you're not on a ship yet. I dropped my car off at Login/Logout at the Munich airport on the 18th of August and didn't get on a ship until the following week. I'd look to be on the Otello or Torino if I were you.

Yeah, it shows no record found.

My last car shipped on K-Line and if it were on a K-line ship right now it would have to be on the Eurasian highway which left the 9th. That sounds too optimistic, so I am guessing it isn't really on a ship right now.

The good news is there are 3 more K-line ships leaving this month.

It's probably on the truck being taken to Bremerhaven.

Login replied stating the car is there and will notify me next week what ship it will be on.

So for reference "in transit" doesn't mean it's on a ship.

I am on ivory arrow, gets to brunswick on the 15th. I am wondering if this hurricane is going to change that schedule though.
