I have read that you really do not save that much if any going the 2 - 1 route. So don't be too upset if they don't offer it.

How bout for business class? I know Luftansa offers the 2 for 1.25 deal for the business class. We're planning to do a Feb ED, been checking airfare prices and they're all over $3,000 at this moment. Am I checking for prices too early?

I'm doing a LH "2 for 1" in 3 weeks. Two round trip LAX>>MUC non-stop were $1,270 - the best deal I could find on any carrier I wanted to fly on was about $1,700, so it saved me about $400 and LH had a good schedule.
