Anyone have a good recomendation? Someone who knows how to quickly take apart an E46 to put new speakers in?

I've only dealt with these guys over the phone and on-line, but choose to use them instead of someone local because of their experience with BMW's and they've been great to work with so far. Right now Ron's doing a custom dash trim for a 8" pioneer monitor that I'm adding.
