Try changing the angle of the back portion of the seat or the angle of the lower cushion (the tilt feature). This could help take the stress off the part of your back that is feeling the pain.
In other words, the angle you are sitting now is causing an uncomfortable stress on your back, these seats have so many adjustments that you really need to play around with them so you get that particular stress off the portion of your back that has the pain.
Once in a blue moon I will get some back pain when driving on my car and I have the sport seats with Lumbar support and the lumbar support does nothing to help ease the pain. I adjust the seat a little differently and it helps.
The real stress on your back is your head. Seriously . . . unless you had a back injury then most likely you are stressing on something else and it is coming out in form of back pain.
Stress comes out in people in many ways . . . some people get pimples, some people get ulcers and some people get backpain, etc.etc.
Anyway, I hope this works for you . . . BTW that will be $50 for my medical advice
