I WILL own an E30 M3 someday. Even if it's a well worn POS and I finally get around to it in another 10-15 years. I really want one.

Beautiful! :thumb: I want one! I've Been looking. Went and looked at this one a few weeks ago. The guy wants far too much. He paid $9000 almost a year ago and hasn't done much to the car and he wants $15,950. I know prices are on the way up for the E30 M3's, but come on this guy is looking to make at least $7000. He won't get it from me.

I can't believe the demand is still so strong for these.

My best friend got one when he was 16 and kept it until he was 24. He has a 540i now. Not sure who he sold it to.

I had another friend who flew one off the end of a yet to be completed road. (real idiot, to say the least). The car was totaled, but he was completly unhurt. Lucky. Spolied brat got to drive a mint condition Alfa Spyder.

I would love to drive one the E30 M3 again. It's been awhile. I have not driven any of the newer model M3s so I cannot offer any comparisons.

Okay, what if you had to choose between a E30 M3 or a E36 M3 (coupe only)?

Just curious. Has nothing to do with any future purchasing decisions.

It totally depends. As a daily driver, I'd take the E36 (out of all three generations of M3s). Right now, owning an E36 M3, given unlimited funds, I'd still rather add an E30 M3 to my garage than an E46 M3 (I think it would be a lot more fun and I've always wanted an E30 M3).

Don't get me started on my ideal 15 car garage.

I rarely see 328's. I think it's because it was hard (at least for me - ended up getting a 323Ci) to justify the price difference. The price difference between 325 and 330 is pretty much the same, but the 330 offers more than the 328 did...

There are actually a lot more 328i's than Ci's. The 328Ci was only sold in the US for 10 months :yikes:
