Does anybody know what this ISTA+ function is for ?
It performs a calculation if you select it .
Is it for flashing ECU's or something else ?
I have tried it with ENET cable and full SQliteDB's . It asked me if ignition is ON . I answered YES and then it seemed to begin executing something even if the EXECUTE button was greyed out . I decided to manually cancel the operation after 40-50 seconds.

Thanks in advance

For f-series, but dont update or program any ecu’s with only enet, you will brick. You need ICOM for that.

I pressed it because I expected just to show me the service plan.
So , I canceled the process a minute after.

Everything is OK in car , no errors at all.
But now ISTA shows that my current I-STEP level is the most recent (F056-18-11) !!!
Before this , it was F056-17-07 .
Why is that ???
I repeat : I left it only for 40-50 seconds !

Service plan is for flash programming.

You should be able to check history for what was done.
