I see the corp fleet site is ***8220;offline***8221; for maintenance now. Any updates? I heard MSDs even grandfathered are now cut?

Programs today for my region indicate that both fleet and MSD programs are back in new versions. More to come as I have seen some conflicting details within the bulletins themselves.

MSDs are up to 7 at 5¢ each (max 35 bps reduction).

The Corp Fleet program is an either/or. They don't stack with FS or other NA incentives.

Example, on a 2019 X3, there's $1,500 lease loyalty; the Fleet is $1,250. So if you are not loyal, you can at least get $1,250 fleet. But if you are loyal, you don't get both.

Each model is different, from $500 for an X7 to $11,250 for a 7-series.

It will be a game of math as to which makes better sense, especially with regional incentives.

Hi MJB,

On the following website, it shows corporate fleet as 3000 on a X3:

http://www.bmwgroupcorporatefleet.com/

The terms and conditions do state that it can not be used with other BMW programs.

Is corporate fleet only 1250 on the X3 or is it 3k (or is this one form of corp fleet vs the one that consumers belong to)?

The numbers that they are showing on that website are the true Corporate Fleet incentives. The Fleet Type H: actual company cars , not individual sales or leases.

Those deals are invoice less the incentive.

The Corporate Fleet Type G that we have been accustomed to are now called "Executive Allowance," "Type G" under the general program called "Corporate and Special Sales Programs"

Yep, it just gets "easier."

These Executive Allowance programs have the parameters attached.

Also, the old Consumer Information Form (CIF) must be obtained from the company; dealers no longer have access.

No more household members; just the person on the CIF.

And another tidbit ...

The Exec Allowance is only good if you finance or lease with BMW. No cash deal/outside financing.

If you don't mind, could you comment what the offer is for the M3? Also would that be stackable with the current 3500 incentive for the M3 but not with the 1K loyalty offer?

Exec Allowance is NOT stackable with anything. You either use it or use regular programs.

The ExecAllowance for a 2018 M3 is $3,900 for lease and $2,400 for Finance.

If you are Loyal, you get $3500 Lease Credit and $750 Loyalty ($4,250) or $2,500 + $750 ($3,250) if you go with the FS programs.

As you can see, in this case if you are Loyal it's better to forgo the ExecAllowance. If you are not Loyal, the ExecAllowance is better if you lease with FS, but better to use FS APR Cash if you finance.

Fun times.

Dealer rate is 0.00228.

Zero ExecAllowance on 2018 X2.

Before anyone jumps on MJB, this is a very helpful post. Hopefully everyone understands what the above means, and how helpful it actually is.

KarDon is helping me find all the pitfalls in the Executive Allowance program. The latest:

If you currently own or have owned a BMW in the past 12 months, you are not eligible for the ExecAllowance. I can confirm this via BMW Bulletin.

As he was told, it is the place to get $$ for people who don't get Loyalty.
